●传动轴、辊材质均为优质钢，高精度动平衡校正，镀硬铬、表面研磨。
●传动齿轮材质为20crmnti合金钢，渗碳淬火处理，硬度为hrc58-62研磨而成，达国家六级标准，长期使用，套色精度高。
●整机主要传动部位采用免键连接环，消除连接间隙，适合长期高速印刷。
●整机喷淋式润滑，附设机油自动平衡装置。
